Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for requests to change styles or sizes. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@call-me-maximum.com. We will resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All included accessories (e.g., tool kit) must be intact and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
